This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that BALANCETRACE LTD (“we”, “us”) uses on www.balancetrace.com and on the BalanceTrace platform at app.balancetrace.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal data more generally.
1 What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Your browser's local storage and session storage work in a similar way. We refer to all of them as “cookies” in this policy.
Some cookies are strictly necessary for the website or the platform to work and do not need your consent. We set analytics cookies only if you accept them in our cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies.
2 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies sign you in, protect our forms from automated abuse and remember your choices. You cannot switch them off.

Termly, our consent provider, also stores your cookie-banner choice in your browser so that the banner is not shown again.
3 Preference cookies
The platform remembers some layout choices, so the screen looks the same when you come back. These cookies are set only when you change the setting and are not used for analytics.

4 Analytics cookies

When you withdraw consent, the PostHog cookies and storage are deleted.
5 Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the website footer or in the platform's user menu. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the platform.
6 Changes to this policy
We update this policy when we change the cookies we use. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
